Another Players Club Villas Home Has Sold

We are so happy for our sellers at 94 Players Club Villas Road. Ginny Bowen and I had the privilege of representing the owners of this waterfront condo in Players Club Villas, inside Sawgrass Players Club in Ponte Vedra Beach.

Originally listed at $849,900, the property accepted a contract after 59 days on the market and successfully closed in August 2026.

We spent considerable time getting to know this home before bringing it to market, because 94 Players Club Villas was not a typical condo. With approximately 2,405 square feet of interior living space, two primary suites, a waterfront sunroom and sundeck, remodeled bathrooms, vaulted living space, and a particularly private setting, the property had a story worth telling.

Now that the sale is complete, I'm keeping this page online as a resource for people researching Players Club Villas and Sawgrass Players Club in general —and for homeowners who want to see an example of how we marketed a property within this unique condominium community.

One of the first things we wanted buyers to understand was the scale of the home. At approximately 2,405 square feet, 94 Players Club Villas offered considerably more living space than many people expect when they hear the word "condo."

The main living area featured vaulted ceilings, a wood-burning fireplace, abundant natural light, and warm-toned 6-inch wood-look ceramic tile through the living and dining rooms. The size and ceiling height gave the room a sense of volume that showed particularly well in person.

If you're a buyer considering the Players Club Villas, know there are several floor plans available. Units 1-63 were built between 1982 - 1987,  followed by units 64-101 built between 1987 - 1990s. The Waterfront Sunroom Was One of the Home's Defining Spaces

The sunroom was one of the features we especially wanted prospective buyers to experience.

It overlooked the water toward mature trees, and the location of this particular building created a surprising sense of privacy. The owners had told us how much they enjoyed watching the birds gather in the trees across the water in the evening, and it was easy to understand why this room had become such an important part of the way they enjoyed the home.

Rather than treating the sunroom as simply additional square footage, we marketed it as part of the lifestyle of the property: a place for morning coffee, reading, conversation, birdwatching, or simply enjoying the water and wooded view.

Just a quick note about this sunroom for buyers considering a purchase in Players Club Villas. Most of the units have enclosed sunrooms but not all. Some units have screen-enclosed porches similar to what you find in Fisherman's Cove neighborhood of Sawgrass Country Club.

Two Primary Suites Gave Buyers Options

The floor plan was another important part of our marketing. Instead of one primary suite, the home offered two substantial primary suites—one on the main level and another upstairs.

The main-level primary bathroom had been completely remodeled in 2024 with a new vanity, tile, quartz countertops, shower, and sinks. For buyers who wanted a primary bedroom on the main floor, that combination of location and recent renovation was an important feature.

Upstairs was an entirely different experience. The second primary suite was exceptionally spacious, with vaulted ceilings, a private balcony, custom closet organization, and a remodeled bathroom with a tranquility tub, pebble-bottom shower, and double sinks.

That gave us another meaningful story to tell buyers: the home could accommodate guests or family while still providing substantial private spaces on separate levels.

A Condo Kitchen With Room to Work

The kitchen was another example of why it was important not to market 94 Players Club Villas as simply another condo.

It offered generous cabinetry and counter space, room to move comfortably, and an open connection to the dining area. For someone coming from a larger home, those practical differences can matter just as much as decorative finishes.

Players Club Villas is the condominium neighborhood within gated Sawgrass Players Club in Ponte Vedra Beach. It offers something a little different from the single-family neighborhoods around it: buyers can enjoy a location inside Players Club with a more lock-and-leave style of ownership.

But the individual condos are not interchangeable.

Having marketed properties in Players Club Villas, I've seen firsthand why buyers need to look beyond a simple price-per-square-foot comparison. Units differ in floor plan, size, condition, updates, location within the community, privacy, outdoor living areas, and views. Some are single-level; others have two levels. Those differences can materially change how a property feels and how buyers respond to it.

The water and mature trees behind 94 Players Club Villas helped distinguish its setting from other locations within the community.

Condominium and association rules, fees, maintenance responsibilities, rental restrictions, parking policies, and other community information can change. Buyers should review current association documents and confirm applicable rules for a specific property before purchasing.

One local detail that can be confusing when you first begin searching here is the name.

The official community name is Sawgrass Players Club. Many people call it TPC Sawgrass because the TPC Sawgrass golf courses are located within the community, and locals frequently shorten the name to simply Players Club. In everyday conversation and online searches, you'll see all three names used for the same gated residential community.

Players Club Villas is only one part of it. Sawgrass Players Club contains a collection of distinct residential neighborhoods, with property types ranging from condos and townhomes to patio homes and custom single-family residences.

That variety is one reason I don't think a broad Ponte Vedra Beach average tells a homeowner or buyer enough. Even inside the gates of Players Club, the appropriate comparisons depend on the neighborhood, property type, size, view, condition, updates, lot or building location, and what else is competing for the same buyer.

Representing the sellers of 94 Players Club Villas reinforced something I see throughout Sawgrass Players Club: this is not a community where a broad Ponte Vedra Beach average tells the whole story.

We were marketing two primary suites, approximately 2,405 square feet of interior space, remodeled bathrooms, a vaulted living room, a waterfront sunroom and sundeck, mature-tree views, privacy, and the convenience of condo ownership.

Those details shaped the way we presented the property and the way buyers compared it with other choices on the market.

The home accepted a contract after 59 days on the market. During that time, our job wasn't simply to wait for a buyer. We continued watching the market, communicating with our sellers, following buyer response, answering questions, and working through the details that ultimately led from listing to contract to a successful August 2026 closing.
