The maintenance portion of the fee is ongoing

- Usually $1500-$2500 per year for DW Nocatee homes
Understanding Property Taxes in Del Webb Nocatee
When viewing homes for sale in Del Webb Nocatee, it's important to know that the property taxes paid by the current owner may not reflect what you’ll pay as the next owner. Florida property taxes are reassessed upon change of ownership, and factors such as purchase price and homestead exemptions can significantly affect your future tax bill.
