One-time Capital Contribution fee: $3000 at closing

DW Nocatee is a true 55+ active adult community with clear, friendly policies:
At least one resident must be 55+
Up to 20% of residents may be under 55 (with approval)
No full-time residents under 19 years old
Visitors of all ages are welcome! Overnight guests can stay up to 90 days without being considered residents. Homeowners can also obtain a pass so visitors can use the amenities and overnight parking. Children can enjoy the pool daily from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM with an adult.
