Northeast Florida sales associate David Robert Marris has been an award-winning licensed residential and commercial real estate agent since 2000. Originally from the Midwest, David resided in Wisconsin and Minnesota, where he proudly served the real estate needs of doctors and executives from the Mayo Clinic and IBM.

A professional negotiator and visionary thinker with expertise in financial, market and investment analysis, David employs all of his abilities for the benefit of his buyers and sellers. Dedicated to his wife, Lois, and sons Jacob and Caleb, David enjoys boating, kayaking, fishing, biking and playing board games and cards with his family in his free time.
